Shipping - We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. We normally use Aramex Couriers standard service whose stated delivery times are 1-3 business days for South Island deliveries and 2-5 business days for North Island deliveries. Rural Delivery locations can expect a further day before delivery.   

Returns Policy - If your order is damaged in transit, please advise us within 48 hours and we will replace the damaged items. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will replace it with the correct item. If you wish to return any item for any other reason, we will credit your account for the cost of the items returned provided you advise us within 48 hours of your intention to return an item and provided you return the item promptly at your expense.

The New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to all goods purchased from this site for personal use within New Zealand and we will comply with our obligations under that Act. Please contact us in the first instance either by phone or email and we will do our best to correct any problem.

Privacy Policy - We take our obligations to protect the privacy of the personal information you provide us very seriously. We NEVER pass this information on to third parties. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us. 

Payments - 

Credit Card Payments - We accept Mastercard and Visa credit card payments. If you chose this option, we will email you an invoice with an online payment option via STRIPE.  Please be assured that we do not store your Credit Card details in any electronic form. 

Internet Bank or Direct Credit Payments - If you chose this method of payment our bank account details are on the invoice that you will receive by email.

Monthly Credit Account Payments - You will need to apply for approval to set up this form of payment, once you have an established credit record with us. We expect to receive your payment on the 20th of the month following the invoice date.
